Shipping Policy

Processing & Delivery
Orders are processed and fulfilled by our trusted supplier partners. Processing and delivery times may vary depending on the item, supplier location, and destination.

Most orders are expected to arrive within 7–14 business days after processing. Some items may arrive sooner, while select items shipped from overseas may require additional delivery time.

Multiple Packages
If you order multiple items, they may be fulfilled by different suppliers or warehouses. Because of this, your order may arrive in separate packages and on different days. There is no need to worry if everything does not arrive together.

Tracking Information
When tracking information becomes available, it will be provided so you can follow the progress of your shipment. Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking information after your package has been shipped.

Shipping Delays
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs processing, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please carefully review your shipping address before completing your purchase. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered processing.

Lost or Missing Packages
If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier first and then contact Sincerely Monae Boutique if additional assistance is needed. We will do our best to help with available shipment information.

International & Overseas Fulfillment
Some products may be fulfilled from overseas warehouses. These shipments may require additional transit or customs processing time. Any applicable delivery estimates will vary by destination.
